Practice information
The practice is open from 8.00am in the morning to 6.00pm in the evening .
Requests for calls to your premises should be arranged by telephone. We appreciate arrangement in advance as far as is practical.

Our office is open between 9.00am and 5.00pm. Our reception staff Laura Nicholson and Pauline Whiston are here to deal with your enquiries and for those who need to collect supplies or medicines.
If you require medication or supplies please telephone at least 24 hours before you hope to collect them. The permission of a veterinary surgeon is always required before medicines can be dispensed. Please make sure to request these before collection as otherwise it may not be possible for the receptionist to supply them.

Emergency Service
Veterinary emergencies can occur at any time. During normal working hours if you have an emergency you should contact the practice as soon as possible. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible. Should you require emergency treatment at an unusual time of day or during the weekend we provide 24hour emergency cover.
