Lucy Bartlett
Lucy joined the practice as a receptionist in 2006, shortly after completing a degree in Animal Industry Management. Lucy has since progressed from Head Receptionist to Practice Manager, having completed the Veterinary Practice Management Association Certificate in Administration. She has now completed her Certificate in Veterinary Practice Management, a qualification that is seen as the ‘gold standard’ in the industry..
Outside of work, Lucy is a voluntary home visitor for the Reading District branch of cats protection and has four rescue cats of her own!
