Anna Hollis BVetMed DipACVIM MRCVS
Anna qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 2004 with distinction in Equine Studies and the class medal for the equine elective. After a short stint in mixed practice, she returned to the RVC for an internship.
She then went on to complete specialist training in internal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania’s New Bolton Centre, one of America’s busiest equine hospitals. She was awarded The Diploma of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine in 2009 and has been appointed as an examiner for the American College of Internal Medicine.
She worked at Anglesey Lodge Equine Hospital in Co. Kildare as a scholar in equine emergency and critical care for two years before coming to Scott Dunn’s in August 2010.
Anna’s particular areas of interest include foal medicine, cardiology, gastroenterology and respiratory disease. In her spare time Anna can be found riding ex racehorse “Ur Sum Man” or at agility with flat-coated retriever “Lily”.
